Where is the conference? WMA Virtual is an online conference. Usually WMA takes place in Amsterdam, but this year we will do it online. Hope to see you in person in 2021 again!

What do I need in order to attend? A computer with an internet connection. No, you don't need VR headset.

How can I watch what I missed? You didn't really miss it! You can choose to view past content inside the event platform.

Is It free to attend? Yes, WMA Virtual is free to attend for approved attendees.

Can I use my mobile to attend? Yes, you can. Better to use a laptop/desktop computer though for a better experience.

What time does it start? WMA Virtual starts every day at 10am CET/4am EST. You can see all schedule in your local time inside the event platform.

Are you GDPR compliant? Yes, we are! Visit our privacy policy page, by following the link in the footer, to see what data we collect and how we process it. 

Which platforms and operating systems are compatible? All modern browsers such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari and Edge. We highly recommend Google Chrome.

You will be shown different methods to sign in.

To start, create your account.

To create an account, you can sign in with Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, or Facebook or create a Brella account and add the information required.

Select "Create Account!"
Your account is created.

You can update your account information at any time.

After creating the account you must create your profile for the event where you'll add a profile description, choose your interests and the exact dates you want to network/book meetings with other attendees.

Request a new password by clicking "I forgot my password" on the sign-in page or go to 'My Account' in Brella (next.brella.io)
Option 1:
• Click 'I forgot my password' from the sign in page
• Enter the exact email registered to your account 
• A password reset link will be sent to your email.
If you don't receive an email please try to login with Google/LinkedIn/Facebook because you may have created your account through one of these options.
Note: Please check your spam folder if you don't receive the password reset email after 5 mins.
 
Option 2:
You can also change your password on the Brella Web Version (https://next.brella.io/account) by going to 'My Account' in the upper right corner then click 'Settings' and now you can change your password.

    You should choose a search result page. You can choose the page from the Theme Options > Events > Event Search Results Page option.
